Mouse Locus Catalog - MLC - The Mouse Locus Catalog (MLC) is built and maintained at The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor Maine. This Web version derived from the MLC has internal links to itself and in many cases to maps (from the Encyclopedia of the Mouse Genome) showing the location of the locus.

Portable Dictionary of the Mouse Genome - The Portable Dictionary is a compact database to download and use on your own personal computer. All dictionary files are available in a 'generic' form and can be used with MS-DOS, Windows, or Macintosh computer systems. You can port these data into the application program with which you are most familar. The dictionary now includes data on about 13,500 loci (genes and anonymous DNA segments).
