Lite for 680X0 Macintosh computers. Linus! Lite is a replacement for MacMolecule versions 1.0-1.7. Features of Linus! Lite: (1) Improved speed compared to MacMolecule, (2) New rendering al gorithms with improved anti-aliasing of bonds, (3) Support for creation of QuickTime movies during autoratation, (4) No match co-processor requirement for 680X0 computers, (5) Backward compatible with most MacMolecule image files."

Linus!Lite does not have a chemical MIME type defined right now. The authors of the program are in the process of defining a MIME type. There several programs to convert between the Linus! file type and other graphic programs availablle from the Linus! file server. The Image below is from the molecule library that accompanies Linus!
